fa شیوع عفونت سیتومگالوویروس در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل (سال های 1393-1390) اپیدمیولوژی اپیدمیولوژی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <p style="margin-right: 2.85pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> </span>سیتومگالوویروس (Cytomegalovirus, CMV) یکی از مهم‌ترین علل عفونت ویروسی مادرزادی می‌باشدکه میتواند منجر به کری حسی عصبی و عقب افتادگی ذهنی در نوزادان شود. <span dir="LTR">CMV</span> پس از ورود به بدن انسان و ایجاد عفونت اولیه، به‌صورت نهفته باقی می‌ماند و می‌تواند به دیگران منتقل شود. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین شیوع سرمی سیتومگالوویروس در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل می‌یاشد.</p> <p style="margin-right: 2.85pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong></span> این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی 178 دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل طی سال‌های 1390 الی 1393 انجام گرفته است. پس از تکمیل رضایت‌نامه کتبی، اطلاعات دموگرافیک و نمونه خون از کلیه شرکت‌کنندگان جمع آوری شد. سطح سرمی <span dir="LTR">IgG</span> علیه<span dir="LTR">CMV&nbsp;</span> با روش الایزا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های نهایی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و تست‌های آماری مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند.</p> <p style="margin-right: 2.85pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong></span> از میان شرکت کنندگان 37 نفر (20/8%) مرد و سایرین زن بودند. میانگین سنی افراد 2/91<u>+</u>21/29 بود. حدود 96% از آنها (171 دانشجو) از نظر حضور آنتی‌بادی <span dir="LTR">IgG</span> ضد <span dir="LTR">CMV</span> مثبت بودند که 35 نفر (20/4%) از آنها مرد و سایرین زن بودند. میان تیتر آنتی‌بادی <span dir="LTR">IgG</span> و متغیرهای دموگرافیک شامل جنسیت (0/74=p)، وضعیت تأهل (0/684=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، محل سکونت (0/05<<span dir="LTR">p</span>) و رشته‌ی تحصیلی (0/95=p) ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p style="margin-right: 2.85pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span> با توجه به شیوع بالای <span dir="LTR">CMV</span> در میان دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و نیز اهمیت بیماری‌های مادرزادی ناشی از <span dir="LTR">CMV</span>، گسترش برنامه‌های پیشگیری و آموزش‌های لازم به خصوص برای پرسنل بهداشتی-درمانی سرم منفی (نظیر پزشکان، پرستاران و ماماها) و خانم‌های سرم منفی که در سنین ازدواج هستند ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong></span> Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is the most important cause of congenital viral infections that can lead to sensorineural hearing loss and mental retardation in children. After infection of the human, CMV remains latent and can be transmitted to others. This study was performed to determine the seroprevalence of CMV infection among the students of Babol University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Methods:</strong> </span>This cross-sectional study was conducted on 178 students of Babol University of Medical Sciences during 2009-2012. After obtaining the informed consent, demographic data and blood samples were collected from all participants. Anti-CMV IgG antibody titers were measured by ELISA. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and statistical tests.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Findings:</strong> </span>Of the participants, 37 (20.8%) were male and others were female. The mean age was 21.29<u>+</u>2.91. About 96% of the subjects (171 students) were positive for anti-CMV IgG, of whom 33 (19.3%) were male and others were female.
