Concha bullosa was categorized by size (small, medium, large) and laterality (unilateral/bilateral). Rhinosinusitis was diagnosed based on CT findings, including mucosal thickening and sinus secretions. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><i><u><span chaparral="" pro="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></u></i></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><i><span chaparral="" pro="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#003399">Results</span></span></i></b><b><span chaparral="" pro="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#003399">:</span></span></b> <span chaparral="" pro="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">Among 399 patients (48% male, 52% female), concha bullosa was present in 199 patients (49.9%; 95% confidence interval [CI], 44.8&ndash;54.9%), with a significantly higher prevalence in females (60.8% vs. 39.2%, P=0.001). Rhinosinusitis was more frequent in patients with concha bullosa (37.7% vs. 27.5% without; P=0.03).
