fa ارتباط بین استرس شغلی و سلامت روان در کمک جراحان شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر بجنورد اپیدمیولوژی اپیدمیولوژی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> سلامت روانی به عنوان رفتار هماهنگ با جامعه و قدرت سازگاری با واقعیت های اجتماعی تعریف شده و استرس شغلی به عنوان یکی از قوی‌ترین عوامل ایجاد کننده اختلالات روانی معرفی شده است. تاثیر استرس بر کارکنان بخش بهداشت و درمان قابل توجه است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین استرس شغلی و سلامت روان در بین کمک جراحان اتاق عمل انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه پرسنل کمک جراح شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر بجنورد و روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف بوده است. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه مشتمل بر سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی بیمارستانی بود. نمرات بالا در هر دو پرسشنامه نشان دهنده بدتر بودن وضعیت بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها‌ با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> صورت گرفت. <span dir="LTR">P-value</span> کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار تلقی شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین نمره استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی افراد به ترتیب 1/9&plusmn; 3/23 و 3/12&plusmn; 5/104 بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که میان استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی همبستگی معنی داری وجود دارد (006/0<span dir="LTR">p=</span>، 381/0+=<span dir="LTR">r</span>). ارتباط استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی با متغیر های جنس، وضعیت تاهل، تحصیلات، درآمد، وضعیت استخدامی و نوع سکونت معنی دار نبود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> <strong>:</strong> یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که سطح استرس شغلی افراد مورد بررسی در سطح متوسط است و بین استرس شغلی و سلامت عمومی افراد رابطه مثبت وجود داردکه بر لزوم برنامه‌ریزی جهت کاهش سطح استرس شغلی کارکنان اتاق عمل تاکید دارد.</p> <p></p><p></p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Mental health is defined as social coordinated behavior and adapted ability with social realities. Occupational stress is introduced as one of the strongest factors in the development of mental disorders. The effect of occupational stress on health care workers is significant. The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between occupational stress and mental health of Surgical Technologists and Technicians of operating room section.</p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Methods:</strong> In this correlative descriptive study, all of the surgical technologists in Bojnurd Hospitals were selected through purposive sampling method. To record data, GHQ-28 and Hospital Stress Scale questionnaires were used. In both questionnaires, the higher scores were indicated the worst conditions. For data analysis, statistical tests such as Chi-square, independent t-test were performed using SPSS.</p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Findings:</strong> The mean score of occupational stress and mental health were 104.5<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>12.3 and 23.3<span dir="RTL">&plusmn; </span>9.1 respectively. The results displayed that there was a positive and significant correlation between mental health and occupational stress (p=0.006, r=+0.381). Relations between occupational stress and mental health with variables such as sex, marital status, education, salary, occupational and residency status were not significant.</p> <p style="margin-left:-14.2pt;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Findings show that the level of occupational stress in surgical technologist is in medium level and there is a positive relationship between occupational stress and mental health.
