fa مقایسه شاخص های سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی بهداشت عمومی بهداشت عمومی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <br> <strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>توجه به وضعیت سلامت جسمی و روانی، اجتماعی دانشجویان موجب فراهم آوردن زمینه لازم برای تحقق یک زندگی پویا و سالم در جامعه برای سال های آینده خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه شاخص های سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال1394 صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>در این پژوهش 489 نفر از دانشجویان با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه بندی شده و تصادفی ساده استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت اجتماعی کییز (<span dir="LTR">Keyes</span>) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روایی و پایایی این ابزار در مطالعات مختلف داخلی به تأیید رسیده است. آنالیز داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss</span> نسخه16 و آمارهای توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام گردید.<br> <strong>یافته&shy;ها:</strong> نتایج در ارتباط با وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان در حیطه های مختلف مبین آن بود که بیشترین میانگین نمرات در هر دو گروه دانشجویان پزشکی و پیرا پزشکی به ترتیب مربوط به بعد&quot;انسجام اجتماعی&quot; و سپس بعد&quot;شکوفایی اجتماعی&quot; و کمترین میانگین نمرات مربوط به بعد&quot;انطباق اجتماعی&quot; بوده است. علی رغم تفاوت های مشاهده شده، یافته ها بیانگر آن بود که غیر از حیطه &quot;مشارکت اجتماعی&quot;، بین دانشجویان پزشکی و پیرا پزشکی در سایر حیطه ها تفاوت معنی دار وجود ندارد (0/05<span dir="LTR">P˃</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج این پژوهش می تواند مورد توجه مسئولین قرار گیرد تا با برنامه ریزی لازم و فراهم آوردن تمهیدات مورد نیاز، زمینه را برای ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان علی الخصوص در ابعادی که کمترین میانگین نمره را کسب کرده اند، فراهم نمایند.<br> <br> &nbsp; <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Considering the students&#39; physical, mental and social health status will provide the necessary context to achieve healthy life in community for next years. This study aimed to compare various dimensions of social well- being in medical and paramedical students of Guilan University in 2015.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study conducted on 489 students with stratified and random sampling method by The Keyes social well -being questionnaire. The internal reliability and validity were confirmed in different studies. Data analysis was performed with descriptive and analytical statistics by using SPSS software ver. 16.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The findings in relation to the different dimensions of social well- being showed that the highest mean scores in both medical and paramedical students were, respectively related to &ldquo;social integration&rdquo; and &ldquo;social actualization&rdquo; then and the lowest average scores were related to &ldquo;social coherence&rdquo;.
