fa ماموریت گرایی درتوسعه ی دانش گیاهان دارویی: رویکردی در اجرای برنامه تحول و نوآوری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل آموزش پزشکی آموزش پزشکی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با اجرایی شدن سند آمایش سرزمینی و شکل‌گیری بسته‌های تحول و نوآوری در آموزش علوم پزشکی، فرصت‌هایی برای مأموریت گرایی در حوزه آموزش علوم پزشکی فراهم گردید. بر این اساس، مأموریت ویژه توسعه دانش گیاهان دارویی، به دانشگاه‌های کلان منطقه یک آمایش آموزش عالی سلامت ازجمله دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل واسپاری شد. این مطالعه به‌منظور توصیف و انعکاس اقدامات به‌عمل‌آمده در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در اجرای این مأموریت، با بررسی مستندات مرتبط و گزارش عملکرد مسئول اجرایی این مأموریت انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد، بازنگری برنامه‌های درسی ازنظر وجود واحد یا مباحث توسعه دانش گیاهان دارویی، گنجاندن این مأموریت در اهداف استراتژیک دانشگاه، نیازسنجی رشته‌های جدید در راستای مأموریت، ارائه آموزش برای گروه‌های هدف(دانشگاهیان و جامعه)، بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در دانشگاه در راستای توسعه دانش گیاهان دارویی، تبیین وضعیت موجود دانشگاه درزمینه</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ٔ</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> دانش گیاهان دارویی، تدوین شاخص‌های رصد مرتبط با مأموریت و خودارزیابی دانشگاه با شاخص‌های تدوین‌شده،&nbsp; شبکه‌سازی و گسترش ارتباطات و استفاده از دانش متخصصان بیرونی، نیازسنجی نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری و تأمین بخش مهمی از موارد نیازسنجی شده، جانمایی و تخصیص زمین برای راه‌اندازی باغ گیاهان دارویی و آماده‌سازی باغ جهت کاشت گیاهان دارویی شناسایی‌شده، تدوین طرح تحقیقاتی شناسنامه‌دار نمودن گیاهان محوطه پردیس و باغ گیاهان دارویی دانشگاه، از اهم اقدامات انجام‌شده در این راستا می‌باشد. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل اقدامات گسترده‌ای در تمامی محورها و اهداف برنامه راهبردی و عملیاتی مأموریت توسعه دانش گیاهان دارویی در حیطه‌های رسالت و اهداف، گفتمان سازی، ساختاری و عملکردی به انجام رسانده که در مدت تقریباً دوساله اجرای برنامه دستاوردهایی به‌ویژه در قسمت&nbsp; توسعه زیرساخت‌ها به همراه داشته است. با تداوم و ارتقای این روند، انتظار می‌رود در آینده نزدیک شاهد خروجی‌ها و دستاوردهایی درجهت کسب مرجعیت علمی در حیطه دانش گیاهان دارویی و به‌تبع آن گسترش خدمات‌رسانی و توسعه اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان باشیم. </span></span><br> &nbsp; With the implementation of the land preparation, document and formation of transformation and innovation packages in medical science education, some mission-oriented opportunities have been provided in the medical education field. Accordingly, the special mission of medicinal plant development was given to the major universities of district one of academic health preparation, including Babol University Of medical science. This study was conducted to describe and reflect the activities performed at Babol University of Medical Sciences in accomplishing this mission by reviewing relevant documentation and performance report of its executive management. Findings show that some of the performed activities regarding this issue include the revision of curriculum in terms of existence of the units or topics of medicinal plants knowledge development, placing this mission in strategic goals of the university, needs assessment of new fields concerning this mission, offering training for target groups(academics and society), investigating the performed research in the university in order to develop the knowledge of medicinal plants, explaining current status of the university regarding the development of medicinal plants knowledge, preparation of the observation indicators related to the mission and self-assessment of university with the prepared indicators, networking , communication development and using exterior experts&rsquo; knowledge, needs assessment of software and hardware&nbsp; and supplying an important part of the assessed needs, layout and allocation of land to initiate the medicinal plant garden and preparation of the garden for planting the identified medicinal herbs, preparation of the research plan to allocate certification for the plants in Pardis area and medicinal plant garden of the university. Babol University of Medical Sciences has carried out extensive efforts in all areas and goals of the strategic and operational plan of the mission related to developing the medicinal plant knowledge in areas such as vocational and goals, making discourse, structural and functional areas that it has special achievements in developing the infrastructures in two-year period of the plan implementation.
