fa بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش مفاهیم آینده نگاری و مرجعیت علمی به دانشجویان در گروه های کوچک: مطالعه نیمه تجربی در اجرای برنامه های بسته ظرفیت سازی برای کسب مرجعیت علمی آموزش پزشکی آموزش پزشکی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <strong><span style="color:#C20A96;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">توانمندسازی دانشجویان در برابر چالش ها و نیازهای آینده با روش های اثر بخش آموزشی، از وظایف مهم آموزش عالی سلامت جهت کسب مرجعیت علمی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش مفاهیم آینده نگاری و مرجعیت علمی در گروه های کوچک انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#C20A96;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش کار:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده، نمونه از بین دانشجویان استعداد درخشان به تعداد 26 نفر انتخاب و در کارگاه آموزشی آشنایی با آینده‌نگاری و مرجعیت علمی، در سه گروه کوچک مشارکت داده شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل مفاهیم آموزشی کارگاه بودکه قبل و پس از برگزاری در اختیار قرار گرفت. توصیف و تحلیل تاثیر کارگاه، با نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">spss21</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و آماره های توصیفی و آزمون آماری کروسکال</span></span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> والیس در سطح معنی داری 05/0 انجام گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#C20A96;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میانگین سنی 92/22، حدود نیمی از دانشجویان، در دانشکده پزشکی و اکثرا (%5/38) در مقطع کارشناسی بوده اند. مقایسه میانگین نمرات قبل و پس از برگزاری کارگاه نشان داد، اثر برگزاری کارگاه در افزایش آگاهی دانشجویان نسبت به مقوله آینده نگاری و مرجعیت علمی معنادار بوده است. 4/95 درصد دانشجویان به محتوای دوره آموزشی علاقه مند و 9/90 درصد با کاربردی بودن موضوع و مناسب بودن شیوه برگزاری موافق و 7/72 درصد موافقت خود را با الزام برگزاری این کارگاه برای سایر دانشجویان اعلام نمودند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#C20A96;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آموزش مفاهیم آینده نگاری و مرجعیت علمی در گروه های کوچک، گامی موثر در توانمند سازی دانشجویان در زمینه آینده نگاری و مرجعیت علمی در راستای اهداف برنامه تحول و نوآوری در آموزش پزشکی می باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background:</strong> Students&#39; empowerment for future challenges, needs with effective educational methods is one of the important tasks of health higher education for scientific authority. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the teaching of concepts of foresight and scientific authority in small groups.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This is a descriptive-analytic study. 26 students of&nbsp; brilliant talent were selected and participated in three small groups workshop on Foresight and Scientific authority. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire containing the educational concepts of the workshop before and after the holding. Descriptive and analytic analysis was performed using SPSS21 and descriptive statistics and Kruskal-Wallis statistical test at a significant level of 0.05<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The average age of the students was 22.92, about one-half of the students were in college and most (38.5%) at the undergraduate level.
