They inject saliva into the skin of their hosts and cause dermatitis. In this case report, we present a dermatitis case caused by the larval hard tick. Case report: The Five-member family referred to Ali-ebn-Moosar-Reza Health-care center in Babol due to dermal complications. They complained of irritation, itching and the pain caused by tiny live arthropoda biting. We caught samples of larval tick from their clothing, body, and home that were being identified as the larval hard tick. Conclusion: This case report reveals the importance of arthropods causing dermatitis in human. Infestation with ticks may be accompanied by clinical signs such as itching, severe irritation, etc. Further studies would be necessary to better understand of reaction types that occur after a ticks bite. %> http://crms.mubabol.ac.ir/article-1-63-en.pdf %P 48-52 %& 48 %!
