fa تجارب ناقلین هپاتیت B از کتمان بیماری: یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی اپیدمیولوژی اپیدمیولوژی پژوهشی اصیل Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong></span> بیماری هپاتیت B یکی از عمده ترین مشکلات بهداشتی در جهان به خصوص در&nbsp;کشورهای در حال توسعه به شمار میرود. درک و آگاهی از آنچه که مبتلایان در زندگی با این پدیده&nbsp;تجربه میکنند ضروری است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تبیین تجربیات درک شده ی این بیماران از کتمان&nbsp;بیماری بود.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong></span> این مطالعه‌ی کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت. جمع آوری داده ها با&nbsp;18 مصاحبه‌ی بدون ساختار و عمیق با ناقلان هپاتیت B در مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی و مشاوره بیماری های&nbsp;کبد و گوارش شهرهای آمل، بابل و تبریز، طی سالهای 1394 - 1393 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به صورت&nbsp;هدفمند بود و کلیه مصاحبه ها ضبط و کلمه به کلمه بازنویسی گردیدند و با استفاده از روش تحلیل&nbsp;محتوای کیفی از نوع قراردادی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong></span> تحلیل داده ها منجر به استخراج مضمون کتمان بیماری شد. این مضمون با سه طبقه فرعی&nbsp;شامل عادی جلوه دادن رفتارهای اجتماعی، کوچک نمایی بیماری، مخفی سازی بیماری (زندگی با اسرار)&nbsp;نمایان گردید. تحلیل تجارب مشارکت کنندگان نشان داد که یکی از تجارب متداول و مهم شرکت کنندگان&nbsp;جهت تداوم تعاملاتشان، کتمان بیماری بود که به اشکال گوناگون در حالات و شرایط مختلف زندگی&nbsp;آنان وجود داشت.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span> بر اساس نتایج، بیماران مبتلا به هپاتیت B برای ادامه ی زندگی عادی و محافظت خود&nbsp;از نگاه های منفی و تحقیرآمیز دیگران، مجبورند بیماریشان را از دیگران مخفی نمایند. لذا بایستی بر&nbsp;لزوم برنامه های آموزشی و مشاورهای در خصوص ابعاد مختلف این بیماری و اطلاع رسانی مناسب در&nbsp;جامعه تأکید نمود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Background and Objective:</strong></span> Hepatitis B is one of the most common health problems in the world, especially in developing countries. It is necessary to understand and be aware of what infected people experience in their lives with this phenomenon. The purpose of the present study was to determine the experiences of concealment of the disease perceived by these patients.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Methods:</strong></span> This study was a qualitative content analysis. The data was collected through 18 unstructured and in-depth interviews with hepatitis B carriers in healthcare centers and consultation centers for liver and digestive diseases in Amol, Babol and Tabriz, during 2014-2015. The sampling was purposive and all of the interviews were recorded, transcribed word by word and analyzed using conventional qualitative content analysis.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Findings:</strong></span> The data analysis led to extraction of concealment of disease, as the major theme, along with three sub-themes, including feigning normal social behavior, minimization of the disease and disease concealment (living with secrets). Analysis of participants&rsquo; experiences showed that one of the common and important experiences among them was concealment of disease to persist their interactions, which existed as different forms in various states and situations of their lives.<br> <span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong></span> According to the results, patients infected by hepatitis B virus have to hide their diseases from other people in order to continue their normal lives and protect themselves against the negative and humiliating glances of others.
